Refund Policy

WIG UNITS

Due to hygiene and health and safety laws, we do not offer refunds for custom and pre made wig units. Please note: once the unit has been shipped from our location or installed at an appointment, it is non-refundable.

Measurements must be taken accurately as the unit is made according to the measurements provided. Please note: we are not responsible for non-accurate measurements resulting in the unit not fitting.

BUNDLES

Refunds are only available within 10 days of receiving your order. To be eligible for a refund, the hair must be unused and in the same condition and packaging you received it in and the customer is responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error.

If your request is successful, you’ll be provided with a return address and refunded via the platform you made the order through. Please note: this could take either 1-2 working days, if bank transfer or 5-6 working days, if through the website (but you’ll be emailed once completed).
